Does anyone know the year a F20C1 block with an engine number beginning with "030" may have been built? I purchased the block directly from Honda about 2 years ago.

The digits do not match up with anything in my Helms manual. I found 2000 model year engines begin with "100", 2001 with "101", 2002 with "102" and 2003 with "104" but nothing on engines beginning with "030".
