I have a foam applicator sponge that's dedicated for 303 use (not one that sees wax!!) and use that to wipe it on. Spray a little bit onto the sponge (not even a full squirt of the trigger), then squeeze the sponge a bit so the 303 spreads evenly across the sponge's surface before putting it on. This helps prevent making dark wet spots when you touch it to the top, but you can smooth those out by going back over them as the sponge dries out. Each light spray on the sponge covers about a square foot of the top. Use too much and you get hazy windows after it rains (you'll find that out the hard way ), but it's still the best thing I've used.

Not sure if I can get any of the 303 here in the UAE. Can somebody list any other products.
My roof is looking very faded - well its 3 years old and been outside is the sun every day.
