Default the fastest/ easiest way to roll down both of your windows

after 3 years of ownership, i finally found this little secret.

if you park with your e-brake up, just press the roof button forward.

simple as that.

ya, that is a real nuisance having to use two fingers on the actual window buttons.

You could also push the roof button backward. I am not sure if there are limit switches on the roof motor and it there is not, you could burn out the motor over time.

That would be my concern. Whether pushing forwards or backwarsd on the roof switch, the windows and top move at the same time. I don't think I want to load the top motor for 2-3 seconds every time I want to drop the windows. Sounds like a problem waiting to happen.

I started doing this but had to stop cause the lack of exercise was making me put on weight.

Hey I have a window question, my driver side window wont go down automatically anymore. Its goes down like 3 inces everytime I click it. So when I drop the top I have to manually lower the window first. Any idea what is going on? Oh yeah i had the smart window installed when I got my alarm, could that be what is causing it.

It's not your alarm. Scroll to the top, hit the Search button, and type in "Drivers Window". I got 1019 responses when I did it. This drivers window not going down has been discussed over 1000 times, you need to use the search function rather than start a new thread on it. Sorry but life is too short.
