Finally done with the CAI install.
I got a used aem cai from my friend and decided to put it on my self. It was fairly easy but since i have never done it on an S, removing the bumper without cracking or schractich and installing the cai took about 2.5 hours. Love it now pretty nice sound. Deep. I am not sure if the car is faster though since the intake was bent inside in 3 different places becuz my friend crahsed his car while he had the intake on it. So i am not sure if I am gettin all the avalible air thru the filter. Doesnbt matter though, I didint do it for power anyways, now its impossible to not hear when vtech kicks in.
I'll break it to you easy before someone else does:
You don't need to remove the front bumper to install an AEM CAI. I installed my 4IG AEM clone and it was easy to do with the front bumper on the car.

Well this was my first CAI install and i had no instructions. I guess I could do it but i did not now what I was sposed to expect as soon as the air box is removed so i just took the whole bumper off just to be sure.
