finally got my 05 after 3 months...dumb questions.

it has been said many times that our ragtop is vinyl/pvc and i am in the process of purchasing new cleaners and stuff for the top but i just don't seem to be able to fee the vinyl...it looks all cloth to me????? please advise guys!!!!

A simple search:
04 s2k has Vinyl Top right? not fabric
Cloth or Vinyl soft top?
Are S2000 convertible tops vinyl or fabric???
Rag Top - Vinyl or Cloth? Are you sure?

and many more.

It's vinyl...

Just wash it with soap and water. Nothing else is required.
