I have ordered clear lens and clear side markers from rick's last year and everything went well. ( shipping, prices, quality, instalation instructions )
But........... Yes i agree .......RICK you must improve your customer service.
The only thing i was a little upset about is that you are not respond your e-mails very fast.
I ordered a 4.57 gear set two weeks ago ( april 6 ) and send you an e- mail asking if you send it and if you did i asked for the tracking number and ....... still waiting.
I'm sure you do your best to send it the fastest you can , the only thing i complain here is that you doesn't respond your e-mails !!! And it seems that i'm not the only one here upset about this !'
I am still satisfied with RICK'S ACCESSORIES and i'm sure i'll receive my gear set soon, this message here is just a little advise, telling you to take care of your customers

Why would someone order $1500.00 worth of goods for an event that is only 11 days away? This makes no sense to me. Next time you might want to give yourself more time just in case something happens to your order, whatever it may be.

One transaction to date.

Excellent product, rapid delivery, very responsive to an e-mailed last minute change in details of the order. What more can I say.

There does seem to be some question of confusion around the best e-mail to use to get a rapid response - perhaps something there for the guys to think about, look into.

But I sure hope all this slagging doesn't cost us an exceptional source of neat stuff into a very small market.
