Get a dyno done, it sounds like yo may be down on power.
The 98 M roadsters were only 240hp and a slower car all around.

I think it is down on power because i had an MY00 before and i managed 160 mph with it once. With this one, I did 150mph but from 145 to 150, it took me about a minute and there was no way that it would go up to 151. there should be something wrong.
anyways, just by getting a dyno tune, can I increase horsepower?? how???
One of the following must be true:
1. The mechanic didn't do the gear swap like you thought. (You can confirm this via speed vs rpm -check speed with another car, NOT your own speedo since who knows if you even have a Yellow Box on or if it's even installed correctly).
2. You are a lousy driver.
3. You car is not putting out the power an average S2000 does.
4. You are jerking all our chains and have been planning this thread since you joined.
PS. "Dynoing" a car does not make it stronger. You need to tune it with a pigg-back or stand alone ECU to do this. Dynoing is just strapping the car on a machine and measuring the HP.

2. I am pretty sure that I am driving the car without any mistakes. My gear shifts are also perfect. I have been driving a manual since i was 16-17 and I finished two racing schools.
3. That is what I am thinking...
4.
Which ECU or piggy-back would you suggest. I know AEM is really good but it is very expensive. I also read that when you put a VAFC in the car, it starts not to make a difference after a whle or something??
Might be a studip question but can I get bigger injectors and tune the car with the ECU to pump more fuel in it??

As for what to get, that depends on what you want to spend for the hardware and for the tuning. Unless you plan on going F.I., the stand alones may be overkill and a waste of money.
The NA car already can benefit from being leaned out. Putting in larger injectors won't help you much. It gets plenty of fuel already. What it needs is to fine tune the a/f that's already present.
last week i read something about VAFC that after a tiem period it starts not working or something. maybe I am remembering it wrong.
If I get:
Full-Race Intake Manifold
Comptech Cold Air Intake
72mm Throttle Body
Rick's 6 Plus Headers
ECU Tuning
Would I gain another 20-25 hp???
Also how can I change the compression ratio from 11:1 to 12:1??

The S52 M roadsters -- 98-00 are slightly faster given equal driving from any speed to any other -- amplified from a stop. The S54 01 and 02 cars are a good bit quicker with the record for a stock roadster being 12.556 in the 1/4 mile.
