I tried the site but got boatloads of popup ads. I'll take a raincheck on sites like that.

that's why honda discontinued the S2000

coz the K series engine success.

Who knows if a next generation of "s2000" would have a k or other similar powerplant.

Ditto

K series are more efficent engine than the F and with greater fuel economy and with a newer vtec system.

edit.

about sales.

Who would spend money on an older engine, when a newer K series powered civic has more mpg, more potential?

I saw this in a magazine about a week ago. I would never do this swap and personally think its dumb. For the money FI the f series but some people like to be different.

^Canadian sales has a different culprit, MSRP. 50k is alot of money for something you can get for 33k in US.

With the sale of the F20 that came out of the car, he made enough money to BUILD the K24. He broke even on the build and made 60 more horsepower from his F. Adding FI to his original F would have been more money.
