Hey all,

Did you guys follow the recommendation of Honda to do the first oil change at 7,500 miles? Is there a benefit to changing this earlier than stated? I've been told to change it at 3,000. Please shed some light. Thanks.

 

i change my oil on 3800 miles....the oil already turns quite black...i drove a lot of mountain roads though

 

I changed the oil for the first time at 4000 miles and went to synthetic oil as well.
