My first car was a stick and I had no idea how to drive it. I made it home though and have been a "stick" man every since...,

I am amazed there isn't more flame on the asian comment though :-)

The first time I drove stick, was driving my car back from the dealership;note the dealer told me it was a lot like a motorcycle just that the way you operate it is different, but the concept is the same. I just took that into account and I was fine . Aww man I can still remember the smile on my face as I hauled ass, and took some sweet turns on my s2k. I came from a Toyota tc so when I got this "pure blooded" sports car I was in love .

Just get the salsman to take you out on a lonely road for an hour or so.
You'll be driving like a simi-pro for a week or two and then a pro for life thereafter.

Ha ha! Too Asian. I should get me a Civic Si cuz everyone around here mistakes me for being Mexican LOL. But then again, I'm a hybrid.
