Fladeboe Honda
"Fladeboe"?!?!?!
I had to do a serious double take on this one. At first glance I read it as "FlatBedHoe". I thought it was someone's humorous internet handle that was making reference to the Eagles song 'Take It Easy' and the 'flat bed Ford' line.
But for the starter of the thread. I've got a verbal commitment from managers at Rusty Wallis Honda in Dallas that they will meet (or beat) the $31.5k advertised price of Hard Top Guy on '04's. So I'm sure I can get you a deal on the '05 as well.
What's more, instead of paying someone to truck it in to LA you can drive it yourself. I've been wanting to drive out to LA again soon anyway so for $500 (plus half of gas cost) I'd consider coming out to pick you up in my '03 S2K and take you back to Dallas to pick yours up. Of course you'll also get a chance to experience driving\riding in an '03 before you head back in your new '05.
But regardless, what ever you do, DO NOT buy your new S in SoCal if saving some money if an issue. You will certainly pay subtantially more in Cali than in the Mid or South West.

Fladeboe is where I went for my first test drive. The sales slime tried to impress me with how popular the car was by telling me that they had turned down an offer of $5000 over sticker. I didn't even bother making an offer.
I bought from Honda World the next day. (Even though they tried the "It will be an Acura next year" line on me.)
Fladeboe's service department took 2 days to diagnose the "driver's window auto-down doesn't work" problem even through there was a service bulletin for it. Not impressive.
