hmmm.... that IS a compelling arguement....

Pete - have you considered mounting off to the side over the faux brake dust, kinda like the AC Cobra's used to? Could be unique. Or retarded

Why not just take off the plate? Every now and again you get a $10 ticket, but how much would that piece cost in CF, 150-200? Really, I will agree with the "Thats retarted" arguement. Well stated!

This is the front of my car. As you can see I don't use a front plate.

Any of you who think I would use this POS on my car must also be retarded.

If the day comes when I can't afford to pay for my "no front plate tickets," I'll probably sell the car! The only time I ever used a front plate on my S2000 was to hide a ding in the front bumper cover.

I've seen it on JDM S2000s, and I tried it, as well. I only had to slightly bend the plate to the contour of the bumper cover, and I used a thin black frame. I found some special adhesive that doesn't harm paint, and some thin double-sided tape to adhere it. I thought it looked better than if it were sticking out slightly with a bracket-type of mount.

It was just an experiment to see if I would like the look, but as I stated, I have decided on the side of vanity, and gone without a front plate.

Of course I am aiming them at you. You get all worked up when people tell you that 19" rims are dumb. But then make a statement like "that's retarded" without any explanation.

Speaking of retarded, thanx for pointing out that the Yankees are from New York. I'm sure we all needed the update.

I think this whole thread has gone retarded.

I think it's time to pull the plug.
