Default Which Flywheel?

hi, i am going to order a flywheel today. can someone help me decide??? should I go with Spoon or Toda. I will also be getting ACT Clutch Kit. Which one will work better?? Please help me out here. they are the same price so i want to get the better one...

Comptech?? Everybody says they get damaged in high temperature or something. and i heard the are like 2 pieces or something.

quick question??? I've had continuous problems
with my Comptech Flywheel & Exedy Stage 2 Cluch.

Anybody know why? the pressure of the clutch is constantly changing????
