Well the search goes on, I found a my02 s2000 for 14,800 obo in the local classified. I'm hoping to get down as close to 13k as possible. One problem is the guy still owes his financial institution with whom he financed the car $4000. How do I go go about buying the car ? Do I got to his bank or credit union with him to get the title and give them the remaining $4000?
If anyone is familiar with how this works I would really appreciate it. I am from Connecticut if that makes a difference.
