Found very cheap S2000 please help..
Hi guys I found an 07 S2000 with 69k miles for 7.5k...
The price seems way too good to be true, the guy said in his listing that his wife is divorcing him and he needs the money asap to avoid her getting his money. I dont know.
Anyway, if the car actually exists and the guy is legit, what stuff can I do to make sure I dont get screwed and make sure it is legit...? I am just weary about the price.

7.5k is almost a third of what he could get if the car was clean and if he waited for the right/willing buyer.
Like myclue already pointed out, seller could easily get 13k or more at any dealership in the US on any given day.

The story for why he is selling doesn't hold water. Very good odds it's a scam.
