Frame Damage
I just had mine pulled from a slight shunt with a traffic median. It was done by one of the best shops in this country; they know me well 
No problems whatsoever. I didn't use insurance to fix. Tracks straight, aligns just as well as before (I think the previous owner had a similar shunt, so maybe even better than before now).
If done properly, you should feel just as secure and safe in it as when it came from the dealers if not more based on what other ppl posted.
