Im from Pa and now live in MD... I live close enough to PA that half the cars around here are driving without front plates... I figure ill pay the fine if they catch me...

I live in va and have my car registered in pa. No property tax and no ugly ass front plate:-)

You don't have to use a frame, or bracket, at all. The spacing of the holes in the plate matches that of the threaded holes in the bumper. Just screw it on.
