Default front lip install

I just installed the front lip for my 04. However I found it difficult to put all screws underneath. Is it necessary to install all screws or could I just go without? I think I was able to intall 6 screws....2 on each wheel well and a couple underneath.

Thanks

This confuses me a little. Did you download the installation instructions? I did my 2004 OEM lip last week and had no problem getting all screws installed. I would try to get them all in there, because right now you are too dependent on the adhesive strips. The fender bolts will ensure good fit over time.

I'm sure yours is pretty secure, but 2 screws on the bottom may be a tad too few. I think I have 10-12 screws total on mine.

it should be fine. You don't really need to have all the screws in.

I would test this out by doing the following:

If it doesn't blow off on the highway, no need to add screws.

If it gets ripped off going down the highway, add one or two more screws.

I'm installing mine this weekend but I think I will just make sure all the screws go back in.

you should at least try to get half of the screws on the bottom on... 2 on the bottom isn't enough in my opinion..
