Yes it will help, you can see anywhere from 10whp to 30whp (depending on the size).

I recommend a 24x12x4 along with a K&N filter.

You might need to upgrade your lug nuts though, stock ones aren't rated for the amount of torque your going to make.

Hell, get the 48X24X8 one. It'll give ya 60 whp and you'd better weld those lugnuts on.

^^^ MY GAWD! That is one of the dumbest things I have ever seen anyone bolt onto a car. Does he realize that with the filter being where it is, if he simply had a straight pipe instead of that intercooler, he would get the SAME temp of air going to the engine? In fact, he may be getting air that is a little hotter due to the radiant heat coming from the radiator.
