I'm catching up with email right now and have about 40 messages lined up to go out. Yours is one.

Sweet Thanks

I'm so jealous of your brakes, I can't wait to see them this fall. I look forward to meeting you.

Thanks again

I'm sure that they work very well, but I am not personally fond of the 'look' at all. As much as I respect performance, I am an aesthetics guy as well, and I like the look of the round rotors better.

Good luck with the new brakes guys. Will be interested to know how much the design helps braking performance!!

Cheers,

The TireRack Fairy brought Rick 18" SSR Gt1s recently.

4.5 hour drive home, and the braking system performed admirably. On the Jersey Turnpike it is often difficult to keep people from tailgating in heavy traffic. I look out for this constantly because my car will stop dozens of feet before most other vehicles tailing me.

flytojungho,

Not lowered, but James is right about the 18" rims.

Are you going to sell your old front rotors?

No, keeping them in reserve. Plus they will not work with the stock calipers -- only the Pinnacle calipers.
