Default Fuel pump won't prime, click from soft top, etc.

I've been trying to get my S going here so there is a bit of a story.

When I first got it, the top went down, windows, etc. but the motor wasn't hooked up at all. Its been a process, and now I'm getting close (i think).

I'd had a problem where when I hit the start button, I heard 1 single click. I realized that I didnt have all of the security system stuff, so I pulled it all out and now the motor turns over.

HOWEVER! The fuel pump won't prime, and the windows/top no longer go up. I am UNSURE if they worked just before the security system, but it is 100% unhooked now and I believe everything else is back in its place.

I am unsure as to what it could be? I tried adding another ground but that didn't seem to do it. Can anyone help me out here?

One thing I did notice is that there are two relays under the pass kick panel, one is a 4pin and 1 is a 6. I think these may have come with the security system, but the diagram shows them as being under the seat with the unit (I do not have stock seats, so I don't know).

Any help is much appreciated!

I'd be looking at the main relay. It controls all aspects of the fuel pump coming on (that and the ECU).

I'd just ignore the top thing for now.
