Like mentioned above, white smoke = moisture. Either water or coolant mixture is getting into your cylinders. Could be a small leak in the head gasket allowing coolant in. Running rich won't give "white" smoke, but are you be sure it's white and not gray or black? Pop the oil cap and see if coolant is turning your oil into a milkshake.

coolant hasnt gone down. there was a lil coolant leak on one of the small hoes but its been fixed. im getting 27 MPG ever since i started doin WOT and short shifting.
