I use the top cover from Top Notch. It works great. The insided is in shade. Keeps the car cooler then with the top up and windows down. Yes, we are the only company that uses our parking lot so I can leave the top down and the cover on all the time.

Ti voodoo knob - has only really been 'hot hot hot' twice, even being left out in the sun. The Ti doesn't get hot, it pretty much stays warm in the Texas heat, but doesn't burn my hand at all.

Here is the link:

There is a discount code that gets you a few bucks off for being a member here. It escapes me at the moment, but you could do a search and find it.

I use the cockpit cover from Top Notch as well. Hell, they're a sponsor so I love giving 'em business.

I also put the baseball cap over the shifter. Kind of doubling up and it seems to work pretty well despite some unseasonably warm days here in S.Cal.

The only complaint that I have with the top cover is that it leaves some crap on my windshield. Just like any car cover would and it comes off easy enough with some windex, but it's worth mentioning.

I keep a can of that computer blowing stuff that blows gas to remove dust - turn it upside down and the liquid comes out and it is Cooooldddd.. Spray it on the knob and seats for a nice chilling effect..

Ok, no I never did this but it would work for the knob - I wonder if it could even crack the metal...

The president of our Atlanta S2K club has a great cover that he got from Covercraft (www.covercraft.com). The same company also provides interior covers (if you want to keep the top down), seat covers, and UV heat shields for the windshield.

I myself am waiting on a 2002 Suzuka Blue with the blue interior so I won't burn my butt too bad on the seat!

I purchased a cover from California Car Cover, actually 2 of them. The first was either stolen or flew off. I purchased a cable/lock with the second cover. On a windy day air can get under it. I almost lost the second one as well on a windy day. The cable/lock was the only thing that kept the cover on. Really keeps the car clean. I only drive it on the weekends and it outside 24/7.

www.californiacarcover.com gave me a discount on the second one after I explained how I lost the first one.
