I just took delivery of a brand new 2005 model.
After less than a 100 miles I noticed a whine whenever in 4th gear, and now after 600 miles, the gears appear really sticky.
Has anyone else had a similar problem? I haven't checked the oil levels yet, which may account for a horrible gear change, but surely not the whining after so soon...
Shouldn't this motor have the best gearbox in the world or something?

 

the whine is not normal. take it to the dealer. i don't know what sticky gears means but i don't think that is normal either.
