running the car from a roll, in first gear. what is the optimal speed to start from to benefit from the gears compared to a stock geared s2k? i know its the lower the better, but what is the case if i start from a roll with a turbo car? and what is the best speed to roll from if running with a full of torque v8 car?

 

It's the same as if you did not have gears - right near vtec engagement. Oh, and a turbo is going to waste you no matter how hard you drive
