I was getting pulled over all the time when I had a black '00 and now I have a silver '04 and it appears to be invisible to the cops.
That's because black cars are like eleventy billion times more "hooked up" than silver cars. The police were jealous of you "tyte ride, y0"

We have a guy in New England who got so many tickets he couldn't afford to insure his car anymore. He's selling.

Yeah, you can get yourself into a pickle.

Speaking of cops, the motor pigs are out in force in my area setting up speed traps since Monday. Aw, hell. I just checked the date - end of the month. That explains it.

Being cited for speeding seems to be a hit-or-miss when it comes to the police. The cops here have denied that they cite according to a quota. (Yeah, right). It seems to depend upon how the officer judges you when he stops you. If he hates your car, you get cited. If he is on a quota, you get cited. If he has discression and likes your car/attitude, he'll give a verbal warning. Both have happened to me. The first stop by the copper resulted in a polite citation for minor speeding. The second stop resulted in a polite warning to slow it down. Go figure.
