Two Things...

If you get rid of it....where will they post?

If you don't like it....why do you go there?

I'm not sure what point you are making. I already said not going there is a valid way of dealing. With that said I think it makes the board a better place to not have it. It makes the intelligence of the posts and posters go up. All you have to do it look through some of the titles of the posts in street encounters to know what I'm talking about!!
"RAce of Rage!!" that was one of my fav. ones!!

Hopefully nowhere. The onus would be on the moderators to enforce this, though.

I don't -- that's not my objection. My objection is analogous to my objection if someone proposed adding a "Mass Murder and Genocide" forum. The two examples vary in degree, of course (although my objection to street racing stems almost entirely from the fact that it too often segues into vehicular mass murder), but the point is the same -- I don't support condoning or publicizing this kind of behavior.

Also, this shouldn't be the sole driver for the decision, but the first time the family of a street racing accident victim realizes that one of the involved parties was active on the forum beforehand, s2ki.com's got a lawsuit on its hands.

If I will have to hit my brakes hard to slow down to avoid something ahead, I will not race, PERIOD.

I agree. I am not going to say I have never accelerated fast with another car next to me between stop lights. But, I don't look for these encounters or post (brag) on a web board. This is an enthusiast site and we don't need to define enthusiast as ass-clown.

Get rid of it - it's just a stupid waste of bandwidth. If those posts start seeping into the other forums, just delete 'em.
