Going to buy an S2K tonight.
I just bought a S2K here in Dallas last week for $400 over factory invoice. Cost me just over $32,000 out the door price.
I wouldn't give them anything over that. You're dealer knows they have to get rid of the '03s now before the '04s start coming in in order to make any profit. Also, if they can't get rid over them then their allocations for the '04 model will be cut so they'll have let stock next year.
Basically, you're in a position to get a great deal. You've got them over a barrel.

In April, a dealer gave me $19K for my '02 RSX-S with 24K miles. But in return for that high valuation, they reamed me equivalently on the '00 13K Formula Red I was buying ($25K). But since I only paid sales tax on the difference, it actually worked out.
By the way, the RSX-S is a great car, but there's no looking back after you get the S2K-- excellent decision.

Just got back from trying to deal with them. Right off the bat they dropped the price of the car from 33,060 to 30,500. That was with no arguement at all... They offered me 18,500 for my car.. and I had to say no.. they said they could not pull anymore numbers due to the fact of the heavy discount they gave me on the s2000. I just feel Im losing to much money for only owning the car 5-6 months. Oh well... the search is not over.

Wow, thats some funny stuff. Believe me, they talk to 100 different people a day. No one customer has them "over a barrel". They would rather walk away from a low profit deal and sell it to the next guy for a higher profit. Believe me, there is always a "next guy".
