Actually, this does not sound like a bad deal to me. But, if you are not happy with it, you did the right thing. Do some more research and if you find that this is a good deal, go back to the same salesman and buy it. You will love the car. I would hate to see you walk away from such a great car over a few hundred bucks.

What added options were on the car if any (spoiler etc.) If none then I think they could go a few hundred lower. Wait a couple days and go back, if they don't call you first.

Those are excellent prices on both ends of the spectrum.

You will be hard pressed at this time to improve much on the $12,000 difference($30,500-18,500).

If you can wait till the 2004's arrive, things might change.

If you lived in california... that would be an incredible buy! still crazy mark ups here at all the dealers... and whats worse is... the cars sell @ those prices

Went back today and got the blue/blue. Finally price for the S2000 was straight up 30,000. I ended up getting 19 and some change for my car... all I can say is Im in a dream world. I love the car... blah.. Im just speechless...

Great deal.

Be sure and read up on some of the routine maintenance procedures.

These things can be very thirsty with oil consumption.
