Change the washer fluid reservoir to a smaller one, or keep the fluid level very low!

Or only keep a gallon a gas in your car at a time and fill up every 15-20 miles. Gas weighs 6 lbs./gal.

Yeah, I remember reading what he did to one of his cars after tech inspection. He was able to acid dip and hoped no one would lean on the body work. He apparently won with that car.

I think you have taken as much weight out without compromising the streetability of the car. Taking the whole A/C system out will save you around 60-lb.

A few ideas:

I saw in the HyperRev book replacement side windows. Probably made out of Lexan. How about CF hood and trunk?

Replace stock roll hoops (these are heavy) with a Cro-Mo roll bar including all plastic panels.

Take out all sound insulating material from under the carpet.

Take out cruise control.
