(Think happy thoughts, think happy thoughts) much better
It all started about 6 months. My GF bought me a new stereo for my birthday. Actually the one I wanted (CDX-M750), so I decided to have Pinky modify it. The day before I leave for Europe, my roommates have a party. The stereo disappears out of my room. Tore the whole house up. Decided to deal with it after Europe. A couple months later (after recovering financially from Europe) I bought another one.
Sent the harness off to Pinky. It took him ~3 days to turn the harness around. It never shows up. I asked Pinky, it was definately sent: USPS Priority Insured. Entered the tracking number. It tells me that they left 1 notice on Saturday and proceeded to return it to resender on Monday. Three weeks later, after both Pinky and I have pounded on the local post offices, no package.
I'll can get a new harness through Pinky, but that's not the point. It was sent priority insured, meaning I need a guarantee that it will get to the receiver. For relatively little more, UPS, FedEx, and Airborn Express will tell me exactly where it is at any given time. My advice, from expreience, spend the few extra dollars.
My rant for the day...
