Yes, the '05 is coming out, but it doesn't mean the '04 will be thousands of dollars less than invoice.Wait! S2000's are cheaper in Canada anyway.
Back to topic: paying invoice for a new S2K is awesome. Around here, it's kinda rare.
S2000's are cheaper in the US, and I'd shoot for 28k, in a month or two, an 04 will be 1 model year old, new or not, ask yourself if it will be worth the same as an 05 four years from now
