The only people whom are making rude remarks are the ones whom know nothing about how to fix the problem. To me it not only sounds like a misfire problem, but I'd remove the ground kit and the N/A timer you done got there. Put the car back to stock, and then work back from there.

One thing that makes me laugh is on this board nobody is completely sure if AutoZone will scan your car for free. On the VW board, EVERYBODY knew it was free... guess that says a lot about the quality of each car.

trying check spark plug and the distributer

I got that kind of problem on my integra back then and it fixed with a new distributer.

PLUS a NEW BATTERY!!! <-- I think you should try this first since it is the cheapest.
I know somebody has already probably said this, but the S2000 doesn't have a distributor.

Well i just went to Autozone and got me Check Engine light Check (By the way it is Free) And the code it pulled up was a Missfire Im not sure what that means what to do to fix it and how bad it hurts my car.
Do you know the actual codes they pulled?

At first I thought it would be a bad TPS or MAP..was that the only code pulled? Or was it just the misfire code?

I would start getting rid of all of the aftermarket wiring and things like someone posted above. When I first got my S someone had wired a VAFC II wrong and it was causing misfires. Once we took it out, amazing no more misfires.

I'd like to add that Autozone no longer scans your car for you.

You must rent their obd II scanner for 180 bucks.

Not a big deal, just giving a heads up.

Wow since when? I have never had to have them pull a code for me but a few weeks ago when I stopped in they were still offering to pull codes for people.

a N/A Turbo Timer....wow.

take it to a Certified Honda Mechanic, get them to inspect it. If all else is screwed, go get your money back.
