Thats pretty much Kelly Blue Book value. But that still sucks, cause its going to be tough to find a decent AP1 for that kind of money.

It looks to be totalled, but you can never really tell for sure.
The most important thing is that you survived and are ok.

Make sure that you request new parts, and not used. Insurance companies will often recommend used parts to keep their costs down and keep it from being totalled. Given the miles and the age of the car, it definately looks totalled to me. And yes, I used to work at a body shop.
