The ad sounds funny, I would say scam....A one owner AP1 like that could easily be sold to a local dealer for $12k cash, maybe more.

Cash today sounds like a robbery in the making. I know they were doing that around here about a year ago. Yeah, bring the CASH but you ain't leaving with the car.

I figure anyone who needs cash now would sell it to a dealer. Or better yet get a title loan.

Direct deposit to your bank account....

That would be what CarMax does. Then most banks will allow you to treat those funds as usable instantly while it clears.

the waiting could be from 3-5 business days for the check to clear, but im sure you could go to a used dealership and get cash on the spot. but rereading it.. it sounds like a scam.

seems too good to be true. also the "must be sold by tomorrow and cash only" seems sketchy, no time to check out the car mechanically
