Wow comparing the AEM and Gruppe is a very odd comparison. Why would you be looking at a $300 intake OR a $2000 intake??? Even the Mugen and J's intakes are less expensive than the Gruppe why not go for something that we have seen proven gains from.

Note that it has been well proven that the AEM does provide gain on this car and you will spend much less money. But if you want that "bling" factor then dish the cash out for one of the CF intakes.

Yes its alot of money , but i like it . It draws alot of attention on meets , i bought it because it makes the engine bay looks sweet and its something that nobody has on his car .
In belgium we can not ad FI too our cars .
Otherwise i would have bought a SC for that kind of money .
And for gains ? i dont know . But the car feels stronger below and at vtec .
Throtlle respons is much better than stock and the AEM .
I have read somewhere that the gruppe-m is better than the mugen intake till 8.000rpm , the mugen gains more between 8.000 and 9.000 rpm .

Has anyone ever seen this intake?

I was thinking about trying it. It's either this one or the K&N one for $250.

Hey, just found this thread. Flow, how difficult was the installation of the intake? Is it just a simple bolt-on? Does it clear the hood without any problems? And lastly, how difficult is it to clean/get access to the filter? BTW, that intake is so amazing! Looks awesome!

Thanks for the help!
