Use paper clips. Make a hook on the end of one clip, poke it through, and yank like a mofo.

Nevermind, I just broke the vent/radio door piece. The 04 door is f*cking impossible to install just to warn everyone. Anyone know how much this piece is to replace?

you must take a strong paper clip and bend it straight. On the end of the clip, use pliers to bend it to a hook. Then slide it through the pin that holds the door and yank with pliers.

Some guy used a drill bit. Insert drill bit and turn and pull out. I used the metal part from an office clip. Much stronger than a paper clip or hanger. I put the door housing against the floor and used a rubber mallet to pound it out. The right side was a bi$ch compared to the left.

LordMagnet, the door housing is $30 to replace. Keep your old one because you will need the rubber stops and clip. I do have my old one that is in good condition that I could sell you.
