Hard launching on wet surface - Limited slip in action
My other RWD car does not have Limited Slip Differential (LSD) so hard launching on wet surface will only cause one wheel spinning and not mving forward.
I wanted to see how S2000 behaves so I dropped the clutch at 4K-6K RPM.
The car moved forward, always wiggled to the left first and then to the right.
The limited slip would occasionally make groaning or clacking noise to keep the car moving forward. I had to constantly make steering adjustment to keep the nose straight.
Is that noise normal?

I've done this lots of times. As yet, no odd noises at all. The back end will step out. Which direction depends upon the slope of the road surface and the direction your wheel is pointed at the time. The only reason it would come back and swing the opposite direction is because you have over corrected in your countersteering. If you keep on the gas till the tires hook up and you countersteer correctly the first time, you'll just straighten out and accelerate away.
