Default hardtop hoist/pulley system?

Hey guys....looking to be able to install/remove my hardtop by mysel.
I imagine there have been tons of systems people have come up with over the years...
If you can post some links of those that have worked best/simplest.

I appreciate it!

I went to Northern Tool and bought rope and pulleys. Pretty simple stuff.

Hey that is mine!

from my experiance, I would suggest using cable (plastic coated) for the part that the HT sits on. The ropes stretch a good amount. The updated version with cable does not have the pVC pipe since it snapped during the first hoist attempt.

Please let me know if you have any questions I would be happy to help.

Also total cost for my set up including the now unused PVC was under $100.

a few self tapping screws into the pvc joints will stop the flexing of the pvc and thus prevent it pulling apart from the weight of the HT.
