Mine came standard with the car, however I do believe that it is available for purchase from your Honda dealer soon.

This is a Honda dealership that sells online with good prices. I have bought several items from them, all came quick and in new condition. Even took a return back without incident.

He said that they are avail as a special order, just like the tops. I believe he said about 500$.
