It isnt a hot item. The chick was selling her car and had no idea as to how much she could get for it.

install happens as soon as fedex gets here today. Tint is 60 from a local shop next week, as well as paint. I am going to drive the blue hardtop around for a couple of days to make sure everything is properly aligned and not rattling, that way I dont have to do adjustments on a hardtop with fresh tint and paint.

Expect a picture of a black and blue s2000 (its going to look like a bruise for a few days).

As far as parts I ordered aftermarket side catchers for under 300 shipped, strikers for 60 from HT Guy, and the top itself for 800. Paint is only going to be 300 as well. My grand total for basically a brand new hardtop is under 1500 dollars so I am definitely getting a good deal IMO.

Top is on and I absolutely love it. I will have pics of the aftermarket side bracket (since it is much different than the OEM side catcher setup. I bought it from IIGQ4U off these forums so PM him for a GREAT price. He also provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever recieved so props to him for that also.

I just have to do some minor adjustments, then take it back off for paint. I will post pics soon. The car feels much more like a car now too, since I dont have air leaks and a constantly moving soft top from the wind.
