good luck trying to solve it....I took my first top in 3 times for a squeek/rattle...they fixed it but it would come back 1-3 days later...as far as the weather, it is definitely a factor,...as soon as it would get colder the squeek/rattle would get worse.

I have a brand new top now ant the rattle is still there...I just turn up the stereo and it goes away...I think it has to be some wire that is connected to the stereo..hehe

Check HandA site on the sponser page. Go to the hard top section. In the installation instructions are the procedures for making sure that the top is adjusted properly. Mine has a little wind noise, but it's quiter than the convertable top.

However, there's still wind noise coming from the driver side window. Dealer said Honda admitted this as a design flaw... claiming that it's impossible to fix without a complete redesign... maybe this is why they had a sale...

I came up with an easy fix to this hardtop noise. Get a couple of those foam makeup remover triangles from your wife or girlfriend, and before you put the top on the car all the way, jam as many of those things in that gap between the hardtop and the rubber door gasket. This ELIMINATES the noise completely. Until somebody comes out with a better idea, this is what I do. That noise used to drive me crazy, but if you position them right you will be quite pleased.
Road tested to 120mph.
