When dealing with small companies and outfits that are basically one-man operations, you have to expect every once in a while things will go wrong. The important thing is what is done to correct these problems when they do happen and Jeff has always been good about that on those (rare) occasions where things don't go to plan.

If you want minimal risk of problems with your order, always order on-line from places like NOPI or Jegs. But don't expect much in the way of personal service and don't look to the big vendors for low volume parts from smaller tuners.

I've done business with Jeff and with other small vendors who sponsor our site. Always had great service and on the rare occasion when a vendor slipped up I was able to get things quickly resolved through some good patient communications. You might try that as a substitute for your parinoia. We aren't all out to cheat aisan.
I've had variable experience with HTG, myself. But I have modest expectations like tof said so well. There are advantages and disadvantages with each model of business.

Usually, I just ask myself... "How do I move FORWARD in the most productive way possible."

Spamming on the forums makes you look like a and doesn't help you get a radio door.

Jeff is a stand up guy. I can understand where your coming from but you might be going over the top of thinking he is trying to cheat you. Just give it a little more time and I'm pretty sure he will make it right. He is a very respected vendor so I don't think he will try to screw that up now. I'm pretty sure he will make good on this unfortunate situation. Don't put his name down without giving him a chance still.

I've had mixed experiences.

Placed an order in March and was shipped out within days.

The last two orders however have been garbage.

Took 3 weeks to get one order last month. (Floor Mats, Clear Side Markers, Shift Knob)

And this month i'm going on 2 weeks for the rest of my CR stuff. (Shift Boot, Retaining Ring, AP2 Tail Conversion Kit)

I have to say I'm pretty much done ordering stuff from HTG. I emailed him and left him multiple VMs on both orders with NO call back, NO email back on EITHER order. I can understand having trouble for one or two weeks.

it's been a few months of bad service, and no apologies or fixes.
