Has anyone tried Cryogenic Tempering their mods?

I know its not a NEW idea, but im curious if anyone took their x brace or strut tower to be cryogenic tempered or dipped?

Cryo tempering can increase wear resistance and impact toughness of some metals, including most steels. But why would you cryo temper a shock tower brace or any other chassis member intended to increase stiffness?
