Btw, the guy lists his location as Central Jersey. You know I've done countless transactions all across the country from my days on ClubDSM, ClubSi, S2ki, and Club4ag. The only time I've really had a problem is with a guy in Orlando. So does that give me the right to assume that most guys in FL are criminals? Ignorance is a dangerous thing and some of you guys are way over the top.

I would take him to small claims court. I agree call your credit card company if you paid with credit card. You have a very strong case in small claims court. I am working up to be a lawyer. I hope you kept all your records.

Its true I am a real NYer we are the countries biggest assholes. But I am from Upstate NY. We are pretty rude up here as well. But dishonest we are not. (Even though I did buy a lemon as my last car)(i was too impulsive. Learned my lesson. ) English is my 4th language. My dad does not speak it well at all. I am not very good at writing english. As you may tell. Still no need to knock on him for that. But what he did was wrong.

 

if this guy isn't willing to make right on what appears to be clearly his wrong; you could make sure he has trouble buying/selling on other forums as well.

BTW if this guy doesnt refund your money than take it to a local rim repair shop... that is your best and cheapest way to get out of the situation. They should be able to fix that right up.
