and I cant really do anything about it. Ahh well life comes w/ moments such as these...the best thing to do is to move on. BTW...lol...if anyone wants the rims I'll sell them for hundred bucks

if your paypal was backed by credit card, your credit card company can and will reverse the charge. in so, paypal will with draw the funds from the thief. I have done this once before, for a lot less money, around $150. But does not matter. Your credit card company will protect you from fraud, and this is fraud.

You really need to post a new thread, detailing the transaction and e-mails and his personal information. Title it what it is. "Theft and fraud". Because IMHO, the seller know that the rims had those and did not disclose it to you because, lets face it, you would have never paid 2000 for them if you did. It is theft pure and simply.

Wow dude, definately go through your credit card company. Unfortunately this guy is a TOTAL douchebag. I say we all start flaming his PM box. He's also a hypocrite saying that someone is a "dickhead" about a sale and yet he is doing the same thing. Someone needs to do something about this asshole. BTW stratocaster
