Default Have an important question on intakes...please look!!!!

Alright...I see that the JR Performance Filter works with the stock airbox...it says that all you have to do is remove the top portion of it!

Here is my question...can you use the JR Performance filter with the Spoon Sports Carbon Air Intake???? I mean...it would bring cold air up to the airbox, and the JR filter would do its job better!?

Has anyone done this? Does this sound like a good idea...or should I just spend the money and get the INJEN CAI???? Please lemme know...ty!

oh BTW, to answer your last question: (in Commissar Lassard's voice from Police Academy) There are many, MANY people using the setup you described.

Dunno if this helps much.. but the size and dimentions of the JR filter are very-VERY similar to the stock filter (hence the fact that its fits perfectly)... Dunno if that helps answer the question...
