I'm getting a slight hesitation in the 7,000-8,000 RPM ranges for a few milliseconds. The Honda guy agreed that it might just be VTEC, taking it in tomorrow morning and leaving it for the day. I'll post results on here.

 

Must be due to the power drain from your stereo system

Turned out to be the MAP sensor. I 'fixed' it by pulling it out, tapping it, and putting it back in. Runs like a champ now, and didn't have to lose my car for a day while the gorillas manhandled it.

 

The dealership said everything is fine. They hooked it up to "the machine" and they say it's "running like a top." They were able to duplicate the hesitation, but think it's just happening when the A/C compressor shuts off at high RPMs. I run the car with the windows down/top down with no A/C often - maybe I just never noticed this. They did say that since I brought it in before warranty was up, it'll be covered if it gets worse; even outside of my warranty time. Maybe adding the Comptech SC will get rid of that hesitation <grin>.
