head gasket
so, I'm doing some internal upgrades and was wondering what head gasket I should go with for an NA setup, or if I should just stick with OEM.
Upgrades (everything else is stock):
-Brian Crower OEM Spec Valves (intake and exhaust)
-BC Stage 2 Cams
-BC Valve Springs
any input would be greatly appreciated.

I've heard that P&P jobs can actually decrease performance on our cars.
I'm not sure where I heard it, but I seem to remember hearing it somewhere.
Plus it's lotsa $$$ for one that's worth while.
but back on topic, spoon headgasket? anyone else who has experience with it?

A port and polish job should always yield power. I don't know where you would have heard that having barbs and sharp corners as our intakes and head have can be more flowing then a p&p job.
