Default head rest speakers

does anyone have the head rest speakers for the 2004 s2000? i can't seem to find any info on it, and was wondering if they'll fit aftermarket speakers (or if there are aftermarket head rest speaker positioners; a generic stock replacement is 400$!)

i just did an install of kenwood speakers in the grills behind the seats via the lucid alternative, cost me $250, tax and shipping included, excellent instructions great sound, took 3 hours as a do it yourself project, no cutting or drilling and you retain the stock grills in case you want to return car to stock...just an an alternative to this setup...i did a write up on it in electronics. it is plug and play with the oem wiring, which was included in my order, 2 grills, precut with 2 kenwood two way speakers installed, wires and again excellent instructions.
